These Service Terms explain how AMC Fire Safety (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides fire risk assessments, fire safety training and consultancy services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide independent fire safety services across Glasgow and the Central Belt.
2. Services We Provide
We offer the following services:
Fire Risk Assessments
Fire Safety Training (including VR and practical extinguisher training)
Fire Safety Consultation
Assessment reviews and renewals
Support with fire action plans and fire safety policies
All work is carried out independently with no upselling of firefighting equipment.
3. What You Can Expect
When you book a service, you will receive:
A clear quotation before any work begins
A site visit (where required)
A written report, certificate or consultation summary as appropriate
Professional, unbiased and accurate guidance
Competitive pricing with no hidden charges
Reports are based on the condition of the premises at the time of inspection.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver the service properly, you agree to:
Provide accurate information about your premises
Ensure safe access to all areas during the inspection
Inform us of any significant changes to the premises
Act on the recommendations provided in the report
Maintain your fire safety systems and arrangements
Failure to follow recommendations may affect compliance.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices will be confirmed in writing before work starts
Invoices are due within the payment terms stated
Reports and certificates may be withheld until payment is received
Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges
No VAT is applied unless stated otherwise.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us directly.
We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations, significant last-minute changes or wasted visits where access is not provided as agreed.
7. Limitation of Service
Our assessments and advice are based on:
The areas we are permitted to access
The information provided to us
Conditions observed during the visit
We are not responsible for hidden defects, unreported hazards, unmaintained equipment or changes made after the assessment date.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Business interruption, financial loss or consequential damages
Failure to act on the recommendations provided
Inaccuracies caused by withheld information or restricted access
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
9. Use of Reports and Certificates
Reports, certificates and training records are provided for your internal use.
They must not be edited or presented as compliance guarantees.
They may be shared with enforcing authorities, insurers or other relevant parties.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
